What can a Concierge do for me?
Privé Concierge offers a wide variety of service designed to make your daily life easier. Consider us your 24 hour personal assistant. We can do everything from organize an anniversary party to having documents printed and delivered to your business. How are your services priced?
We offer a variety of pricing options. Clients have the choice becoming a Privé Member, using our services on an a la carte basis, or utilizing a prepaid service account. Event Planning and Lifestyle Performance Management are quoted on an individual basis depending on the situation.
We will complete as many errands in one hour as possible to maximize your time!! ( the hour starts from the moment we leave the office until the completion of ALL your service request)
Methods of Payment:
We accept all major forms of payment prior to service completion. Privé Members can have monthly service fees deducted automatically from their bank or credit card accounts. Corporate clients utilizing our employee solution packages can elect automatic payroll deductions!
Are Purchases, Taxes, and/or third party charges included in the hourly rate?
No, all expenses incurred as the result of the service request are in addition to the hourly rate. Privé Concierge will provide receipts and an itemized invoice for all services and when cash is obtained. Payment, for all expenses, is due prior to the start of a service request.
How do you Collect funds for payment of purchases?
We have several methods for collecting funds for purchases. Most frequently our clients and Privé Members chose to provide us with a Credit Card or bank account information that we will charge back whenever making purchases on their behalf. Also, for those who make purchases on a regular basis and do not want to provide the above listed financial information are encouraged to establish a Privé Prepaid Account and fund the account for purchases in advance. If none of these options are suitable for you, a Privé Concierge representative will make arrangements with you before making the purchase.
What are Privé Concierge’s Hours of Operation?
We are well aware that life does not operate on a 9 to 5 schedule, therefore Privé Concierge is available to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However there are premiums placed on all requests that require execution outside of normal operating hours of 9am to 8pm M-F, holidays and without 1 day prior notice.
I want to become a member or request a service, however you do not have anything that fits my needs. What can you do?
All of our packages are customizable to your individual needs, we will try to accommodate all service request as long as they are legal, ethical, and rational.
How do I become a vendor for Privé Concierge?
Privé Concierge is especially attentive to the vendors that we refer to our customers. For this reason each potential vendor must complete a vendor application, provide references or schedule an interview with one of our representatives. We cherish the relationships that we have developed with our vendors, and are continually working to improve upon them.
